People and their careers have always been my passion. Recruitment and career coaching have given me the avenue to directly assist individuals identify their professional goals and achieve their career objectives. I take a proactive approach to supporting my clients, which in turn helps develop their understanding of employer expectations and how to overcome the challenges they may face during the job application process. As a certified ICF coach I understand the importance of creating a safe space to share your journey and get the most out of the course and content.
