  • Art Tutor – Painting
    The ideal person should have a strong background in painting and a passion for teaching (teaching within the Adult and Community Education sector is a bonus but not a requirement).
    As a Risingholme tutor you will be teaching adults of all ages and skill levels as you guide them on their creative journeys. You will work alongside learners to build their confidence, skills, and independence in their learning, providing feedback and hands-on teaching practices i.e. demonstrations throughout the course.
    If you’re creative, passionate about working with others, and have good self-management skills then we would love to hear from you.
  • Woodwork Tutor
    The ideal person should have a strong background in woodworking and a passion for teaching (teaching within the Adult and Community Education sector is a bonus but not a requirement).
    You will be working closely with our Woodwork Accessible learners as you introduce them to basic woodwork techniques and the use of various tools by working through set projects. Our Woodwork Accessible course are small in size, giving you time to work closely with our learners to grow their skills and independence in the workshop.
    If you enjoy working with others, are patient, easygoing and know your way around the wood workshop well we would love to hear from you.

Join the tutor team at Risingholme Learning! We employ a range of talented and knowledgeable tutors to deliver exciting and engaging courses for adult learners.

We are looking for tutors who are passionate about sharing their expertise and knowledge with others. Experience in teaching adults would be ideal, but not essential, as support is available to help you succeed.
