Reflexology is a type of therapy that involves applying pressure to certain areas on the hands and/or feet. It uses specific movements and massage to stimulate different points on the body and can aid in the management of stress and help with general well-being.
During this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the basic principles of Reflexology, learn how to locate and stimulate pressure points, and be introduced to what a Reflexology foot chart is and how it relates to parts of the body. This is an interactive workshop and participants will be guided by the tutor to practice hands-on techniques including massaging pressure points on the hands and feet.
You do not need to have any prior knowledge of reflexology or body work to participate in this course.
