Each week you will learn the sequence, variations of poses and breathing for optimum health. Asanas are a powerful antidote to the stress of modern day life.
Students need to be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor for a Yoga class. No medical condition without medical approval. Bring own mat and wear comfortable clothing. We advise an empty stomach at least two hours prior to your class.
